Greetings!
Welcome to Fiddlehead Center for the Arts in Gray Village!
 We’ve sure had a busy year!!
Can you believe, back in April, we celebrated our first year anniversary in
our new “home”!! WOW! Being in the Gray Village has provided our local
community and those surrounding us with better accessibility to the creative
programming that Fiddlehead has to offer and we have already witnessed the
positive impacts. We doubled our after school enrollments since last spring!!
Along with our move to the Gray Village we held our first annual spring “Palette”
- a silent & live auction benefit for Fiddlehead Center. It was an amazing
evening of delicious food and beverages, an abundance of great auction items
(including a trip to Spannochia, Italy!) and of course community spirit. We hope
to see you at our Second Annual “Palette” in the spring of 2009!!
As you can see, we offer a variety of art classes, science
classes, adult and senior enrichment and wellness classes along with a world
class pre-school. We have the largest clay studio north of Portland and are offering
yoga classes 5 days a week.
If you haven’t been to the new center – come on by – say hello – take a
tour…or better yet, try out a new class, feel inspired to unfold your potential– you may be surprised at how great it feels!!!
In closing, I’d like to thank our remarkable staff and instructors who are
dedicated to providing our students with creative and affordable classes and
programs; with special thanks to our Executive Director, Jacinda-Cotton Castro,
who, without her heart and passion none of this would be possible.
